Characteristics:
Inactive brewer’s yeast “Saccharomyces cerevisiae” 100%. High biological value protein supplement, source of B-complex vitamins, high bioavailability of cell wall components (MOS and BETA) as well as the cellular extract composed of nucleotides, nucleosides, RNA, and free peptides that provides superior palatability. Thanks to the autolysis process prior to drying within the brewery manufacturing plant, it results in being the only supplier in Argentina with histamine levels below 100 ppm and digestibility levels of (90%).
